Our services

We provide real-estate brokerage services and related communications. Nothing on this site is an offer, and information about properties is subject to change, prior sale and verification.

Text messaging programme

• What you will receive. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from CITADEL-X CRM™ about property enquiries, appointments, listing updates and transaction follow-up.
• How you opt in. By submitting a form on our website, replying to a message, or telling an agent directly. We record when and how consent was given. We never buy or rent phone numbers.
• Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per month, and more during an active transaction.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email

Commercial email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; we may still send messages necessary to a transaction you are party to.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, and only provide a phone number or email address you are authorised to use. Do not use our services unlawfully or to harass anyone.

Fair housing

We comply with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable equal-opportunity housing laws. We will not accept or act on instructions to include or exclude anyone on the basis of a protected characteristic.

Disclaimers and liability

Our services are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continued use after that date means acceptance.
